It was a stormy day on Saturday when I made my regular shopping trip to Stoke Market.

After stocking up with cheese, meat and veg for the week I came across another new stall – Norma’s Books. I didn’t get a chance to speak to Norma as she was busy with other customers but I came across Market Manager, Jo Haywood, on her day off. It turns out she is an author. The talents on Stoke Market keep surprising me! Jo was doing a book signing for her crime novel “Chaste” – another one to read!
